Dressing Up Hot dog Night: Sausage and Peppers



Sausage and Peppers
Serves 4 Adults
8 Good Quality Italian or Polish Sausages Sliced Into Rounds
2 Large Onions Sliced 
2 Large Green Bell Peppers Sliced Thin

Throw it all into a cast iron skillet over high heat until onions start to brown.  Serve as is or in a sub roll.
