  1. honetsly, i feel you're not eating enough. don't short change yourself for breakfast. when the body feels it's not getting enough food, it doesn't burn fat - it gets scared and starts to store fat. have bigger breakfasts, it's really important and will help you get through your day. doesn't mean you should start doubling up on bread and cheese. have more fruits. have some vegetables. if cooking eggs is really a problem due to time constraints - boil them on a sunday and you have hard boiled eggs all week. these are the things that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
