Carrot And Fennel Slaw

Carrot and Fennel Slaw

4 Carrots Shredded
1 Fennel Bulb Shredded (Just the White Part)
1/4 Cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
Celery Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

Toss everything together and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour so the flavors come together.
